Habitat For Humanity of Sonoma County wishes to

Carrier furnace on our behalf, and for installing it
for us free of charge, at the Kali Subdivision in
Santa Rosa. Our newest partner family, the
Munyua’s, are also very grateful for your efforts.

More importantly, I appreciate your quick prompt friendly response time, whether it’s because the plumber accidentally broke the radiant tubing or the water heater (therefore the radiant heat) went bust on us. You guys are true life- savers, especially since accidents happen when the weather is at its coldest! Lastly, thanks for returning my phone calls and answering all my heating questions. | 88HVAC I was doing an extension on my house and everyone knows it's a nightmare finding reliable contractors for plumbing, electrical, HVAC and so on. I've called several HVAC businesses, but 88HVAC was referred by several people that used them and they were happy with them. They showed up when they say they would. They are friendly and knowledgeable, I've call several times asking questions before I they were going to place the equipment and the estimated time of when they can do the job and it was in a few days. I told them I was planning to add a second level in the future so they installed the equipment that would accommodate my future second level addition. The cost was very reasonable compared to other places I called for the same equipment. I've also recommended them to several co-workers and family and they were very happy with 88HVAC. Veasna L.- 4-2011 .Just bought a home less than six months ago in San Lorenzo. Upon having the dreaded home inspections done, it was brought to my attention that my furnace was shot, along with most of the ducting. I was stuck with using electricity guzzling space heaters in each room to keep my significant other and myself happy. After talking to a few customers of mine about how cold it has been, and how it's no fun living in a cold home... I was fortunate enough to bump in to 88hvac(Matt)! Matt walked me through all of the steps that it would take for his crew to do the job right. 88Hvac showed up right before I left for work, and COMPLETED the job just as I was off work. I got home, and was amazed at how there was HEAT coming out of the vents. I had a smile from ear to ear. Nothing like coming home to a welcoming warm home. Maybe I can make it to work on-time now, since it wont be such a drag to crawl out of bed. I told 88hvac that I wanted done once, and done right. I didn't want any shortcuts, I just wanted to "set it and forget it". I wanted the heating system to be worry free for years, and maybe the next owners to come. He assured me I would not have any worries. I'm also amazed at how CLEAN of a job they did. I wish I could give 88hvac 10 stars, instead of 5. But you know what, I can. I rate 88hvac TEN STARS Bill R.- Mountain View, CA 5-2011 My wife and I built a new home in Mountain View three years ago that features a combined radiant heating/domestic hot water system. Our contractor selected 88hvac to install the entire system. Matt and his team did a terrific job. They got the system up and running on time and for the agreed upon price. When other subs inadvertently punctured a couple of the radiant lines in the floor, 88hvac was back out to repair the damage at no charge, even though they were not responsible. The system Matt installed features 8 thermostats that let us tune the house for comfort and energy efficiency, and the slightly warm floors are wonderful to walk on in bare feet. The house is always so uniformly comfortable inside that we are often surprised by and unprepared for cold temperatures when we head outside. Just recently a gauge on the radiant system indicated a lower than normal pressure which concerned us because it can indicate a leak. Matt was out the next day to check things out. He explained that the water in the radiant system can outgas over time, causing a gradual pressure drop. He inspected the system and topped off the pressure, all at no charge. When the pressure again dropped a few weeks later, Matt was back out, diagnosed a faulty gauge and replaced it, again all at no charge. I can't say enough about Matt and his team. They are honest, straight-shooting and professional, and I highly recommend them. |

6/14/2009 .We had just finished a prefab home that came with a hi-velocity air
system last summer. As the winter arrived, we found out the heating didn't
work. We called back the on-site HVAC contractor responsible for hooking up
the system and performing startup. They came out for several site visits and
could not figure out why the heating would not work.
The prefab factory then had 88HVAC come out and give it a try and they
resolved the problem on their first visit. In about an hour, they identified two
conditions that were preventing the system from working properly.
I found them to be extremely courteous and knowledgeable about my HVAC
system. I highly recommend them to any home or business owner.

But 88HVAC is the one subcontractor that I have recommended to everyone I know, without hesitation. These guys came in midway through our radiant heat installation and finished the job beautifully. After my first meeting with Matt, he made some design recommendations to our system that saved me upwards of $5K for a more efficient system that heats my entire house (rather than just a portion of the house, as had been originally designed). Bottom line - I got way more than I expected, for lower cost. |

and insulation. Lastly, his prices are also very reasonable - the quote he
provided was one of the lowest of four bids we received. Thanks again Matt
and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to my closest friends!

Matt was professional and pleasant, and didn't make a mountain out of a molehill. Having recently done business with a competitor, I can tell you that the difference was night and day! Matt told me to hang on to my current system (which was up and running again in minutes), while others have told me that I need a new system, which they would install for only some thousands of dollars. It's sure nice to deal with an honest person who knows his stuff! |
