RADIANT HEATING INTRODUCTION
Radiant heating systems are one of the most comfortable and energy efficient means of heating and cooling your home, office,
warehouse, or any space.
We all know of how it works, every day when the sun rises and heats the earth with it's inviable waves of energy traveling
through cold space, until it warms the earth. Now we are incorporating the reverse to get cooling via our radiant systems.
So hence the name RADIANT HEATING and Cooling. We use warm water toheat your conditioned space. Radiant heat warm up
objects, not the Air Volume. This is the opposite of forced air systems, that warm the Cold Air and as the warm air collects and
builds up in a room. This is why radiant is more efficient, because your using less to heat the space needed, and not the air that
raises up to the ceiling.

88hvac speciality is Geothermal heat pump that works very efficient. A Geo makes hot water for the radiant and for domestic
use. We will tie in a Solar Thermal system to the radiant to heat or pre heat water from the sun, to be used in heating or for
domestic hot water.
We also use The Daikin Altherma- reverse cycle heat pump. As efficient as a geothermal, with out the cost of a ground loop. COP
of 4 and up. Both these systems are grat to tie in with a PV system to get you towards NZE- net zero.
These systems can give you cooling.
